By accessing or using Storiesprout ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Storiesprout is operated by Stanley Du Preez, sole trader, Australia.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older and are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your account with others outside your immediate family. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New users receive 5 free story generations. Monthly: AUD $9.99 per month for the first child, AUD $2.99 per month per additional child. Billed monthly in advance via Stripe, renews automatically unless cancelled.
Cancel anytime through Account settings; takes effect at end of billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods. For technical issues email support@storiesprout.com. Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users accounts or data; reverse engineer or reproduce any part of the Service; generate content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for children; misuse the story generation feature in ways that violate OpenAI usage policies.
Stories are for personal, non-commercial family use. You may save, print, and share stories with family members. You may not sell or distribute generated stories commercially. The Storiesprout name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.
Stories are generated using OpenAI GPT models. While we design prompts carefully for age-appropriate content, AI generation is not perfect. We are not responsible for occasional unexpected outputs. Report any inappropriate story to support@storiesprout.com.
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access and will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Storiesprout is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
